By using billingshomepros.com, you agree to these terms. Billings Home Pros operates an online directory connecting homeowners with independent home-service businesses in and around Billings, Montana.
Directory information
Listings are provided for informational purposes. Businesses are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Billings Home Pros. We do not perform home services or guarantee the accuracy, availability, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or results of any listed business. Verify credentials and terms directly before hiring a contractor.
Quote requests and communications
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to transmit the information you provide to the relevant listed business for a response. Submission does not guarantee a reply or establish a contract with any contractor.
Business listings
Businesses submitting or claiming listings must provide accurate information and have authority to represent the business. We may review, correct, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Featured listing subscriptions
Optional featured placement is offered to businesses for $29.99 per month, unless a different price is clearly presented at checkout. Subscriptions are billed at signup and automatically renew monthly until canceled. Featured placement provides promotional visibility on the directory; it does not guarantee leads, calls, sales, search rankings, or exclusive placement.
Cancellation and refunds
To request cancellation or discuss a billing issue, email support@billingshomepros.com with your business name and billing email. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed; access to paid features may continue through the current paid period. Charges already made are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Contact us promptly about billing errors.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate others, scrape or disrupt the service, send spam, or use the directory for unlawful purposes.
Availability and limitations
We may modify or discontinue website features. The directory is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Billings Home Pros is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from services supplied by independent contractors.
